Appointments are scheduled in advance, at a cadence we agree upon based on your goals, treatment needs, and our mutual availability. Payments for each appointment will be processed through Headway by debit or credit card, or ACH transfer.
At Bridge 2 Holistic Health, we take a whole-body, mind, and spirit approach to treatment, striving for a balanced, integrative path to well-being. We understand that life can be unpredictable; therefore, if you need to cancel, you may do so without charge, as long as I receive notice far enough in advance. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a fee may apply. Please reach out to me directly for my latest policy regarding cancellation cutoff periods and associated fees.
Availability and After-Hours Emergencies
As a provider, I check voicemail messages during regular business hours. Messages left outside of these hours will be picked up the next business day. At Bridge 2 Holistic Health, we believe in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and want our patients to have access to the support they need. If you are experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, are in crisis, or need immediate help, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Contacting Me
I am often not immediately available by telephone. I do not answer calls when I am with clients or otherwise engaged. During these times, please feel free to leave a message on my confidential voicemail, and I will return your call after I’ve reviewed your chart. For non-urgent matters, it may take up to a day or two to respond. At Bridge 2 Holistic Health, we emphasize clear communication; therefore, I will always make every effort to inform you in advance of any planned absences and provide you with the contact details of another mental health professional covering my practice. In case of a last-minute cancellation on my part, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule, or a member of my staff will reach out.
Discharge Process
At Bridge 2 Holistic Health, we are committed to your well-being, and our treatment approach focuses on holistic care that considers all aspects of your life. There are several reasons why we may eventually end our professional relationship. You may decide you prefer to work with a different provider, or I may determine that your needs would be better served by someone else. In either case, I will first discuss my reasoning for discharging you, and, upon request, provide a list of other qualified providers who align with your needs. The discharge process will be adjusted in length if necessary, based on your treatment requirements, and I will continue to offer emergency support for a limited period after the decision has been made.
Please be aware that ongoing failure to pay for treatment, missing sessions repeatedly, or failing to communicate respectfully and in a timely manner may also result in discharge from my practice. Even in such instances, I am dedicated to ensuring that you have continuous access to care, and I will make every reasonable effort to provide referrals and support during the transition to a new provider.
